Binder K

Binder K is a polyacrylate, used for printing on cotton, polyester and denim fabric. This copolymer is specially designed to give soft touch and high flexibility on the fabric

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

Appearance: Creamy White with Bluish Tinge
Solid Content %: 32+1%
Viscosity, RION 0.1 – 0.3 dPa-S
Viscometer, at 25 °C
pH: 9.0 – 9.5
Mechanical Stability: Excellent
Film Clarity: Clear, Transparent
Free Monomer Content:Less than 0.2%

HANDLING & STORAGE:

The storage stability is good but it is advisable to store Binder K in shade at 5 – 35 °C. The container should be tightly closed to avoid skin formation on the surface and evaporation.

SHELF LIFE

Use within eight months of manufacturing date.

PACKING:

Binder K is available in 150 kgs plastic open head drums.
