Binder R

Binder-R is a polyacrylate, used for printing on cotton and polyester. This copolymer is specially designed to give soft touch and high flexibility on the fabric.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

Appearance: Milk Liquid with Bluish Tinge
Solid Content %: 37 + 1%
Viscosity, RION 0.3 – 1.0 dPa-s
Viscometer, at 25 °C
pH: 7.5 – 9.5
Mechanical Stability: Excellent
Film Clarity: Clear, Transparent
Free Monomer Content:Less than 0.2%

HANDLING & STORAGE:

The storage stability is good but it is advisable to store Binder-R in shade at 5 – 35 °C. The container should be tightly closed to avoid skin formation on the surface and evaporation.

SHELF LIFE

Use within eight months of manufacturing date.
